About my research

Robert M. Yawson, Ph.D., is the Dean of the School of Business and Professional Studies and Professor of Business Administration at Truman State University, Kirksville, Missouri. He was previously the William S. Perlroth Endowed Professor of Business at Quinnipiac University, where he served for thirteen years as a faculty member and academic leader. Dr. Yawson is Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Organization Management Journal and serves on the editorial boards of several leading journals, and member of the Board of Directors of the Management and Organization Behavior Teaching Society (MOBTS)
