What is it about?

To achieve workplace diversity and inclusion effectively, you must foster a culture where everyone feels valued and heard. Inclusive workplaces build on equal opportunity principles to create a culture of respect, involvement, and success for all employees. People in the workplace constantly interact with peers, managers, and customers who have diverse backgrounds and experiences. When harnessed effectively, these differences can serve as a catalyst for creative breakthroughs and pave the way for team and organizational learning and effectiveness; however, when misunderstood, they can challenge employees’ values, performance, workplace relationships, and team effectiveness.
