What is it about?

Understanding Nursing Challenges in Indonesia's COVID-19 Fight: This study looks at how the pandemic affected the way nurses were hired and managed in Indonesia. We talked to different people involved in hiring nurses and found that there were uncertainties in the process. Many new nurses were hired, but some didn't have special training. The pandemic made things tough by increasing the need for nurses and decreasing their numbers. This study helps us see how these challenges affected healthcare during COVID-19.
