What is it about?

Independence is asked for at several stages of your career ladder. We propose to use bibliometric data as they can show different dimensions of independence. And, bibliometric data are free from the many different biases that always enter into the evaluation when it is done by peers.

Why is it important?

To have an unbiased evaluation of your independence is of utter importance for you as a researcher.

We have worked on this for a very long time and are also aiming for developing a web application in the near future together with a company. I'm looking forward to seeing if this will work!
