What is it about?

Environmental pollution and climate change are amongst the most pressing challenges of the 21st century. The UN’s Sustainable Development Goal 13 calls for ‘urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts’. This study discusses how an ethical leadership-driven approach can help the business in addressing the sustainability issue by improving green human resource management practices.
