The hospitality industry is growing all over the world these days. We have analyzed what customers like and due to which reasons they visit the same restuarant repeatedly.

Why is it important?

Our research shows a developing country perspective regarding customers' loyalty towards hospitality industry. Furthermore, it proposes a unique integrated framework of variables studied the first time.

Perspectives

It is the honor for me to write this article with my own teachers. I have learned a lot while working on this paper. This article helps hospitality industry's stakeholders to design useful strategies to get customers' loyalty.
