What is it about?

We observed increased NK cell population at an early stage of Dalton’s lymphoma (DL) growth, while at the late stage, NK cell numbers were decreased. It is found that the number of nTreg cells increases during tumor progression. The functional activity of NK cells is downregulated (shown through their activating and inhibitory receptors and IFN-gamma cytokine) by nTreg cells during tumor burden.
