Why is it important?
Sometimes in Fluid Mechanics it is said that the position of the observer does not matter. Here it is show that you have to be in a rotational frame of reference to understand what is going on in rotational turbulence.
Perspectives
Could be big, or could be nothing, depends on the information already available. Here we have tried to survey as much existing information as much as possible, and feel that a valuable contribution can be made to the understanding of rotational turbulence.
