Every year, billions is spent on funding research, and yet the time it takes for this knowledge to be applied can be decades. Kudos is changing this by helping researchers communicate more effectively – not only with each other, but also with those that can apply their work to progressing global health, wealth and happiness.

In 2017, Kudos was named as within the top 3 most innovative, emerging companies in the global financial and information technology sectors. Our client list includes major publishers and universities, all over the world.

Software Engineers

We're looking for Software Engineers with a range of experiences to join our growing team, someone who enjoys working collaboratively and who will be eager to learn about all aspects of our platform. Each team member works on every part of the system, from the front end, to the back, to managing our infrastructure. Some of the technologies we are using include JavaScript, Ruby, Go, Kubernetes, MySQL and Elasticsearch, running on AWS and GCP. Rather than looking for engineers with specific technology skills we'd much rather you can demonstrate the characteristics of a good Software Engineer, with the ability and enthusiasm to learn new things along the way. We're willing to help you broaden your skills and experiences if your expertise is narrow. The team is small and friendly with plenty of scope for individuals to make a real impact on the product and the way that we work, and lots of opportunity for interesting technical challenges.
