What is it about?
Scaling of turbulence intensity, either with Reynolds number or friction factor. A high Reynolds number transition to asymptotic scaling is characterized. The investigation is based on the mathematic abstraction that the logarithmic region in wall turbulence extends across the entire inner and outer layers.
