What is it about?

In the paper we have constructed microwave spin-wave filters with small sizes on Gd3Ga5O12 and semiconductor substrates. Results of the performed study can be used to construct spin-wave filters directly on semiconductor chips. This integration gives significant advantages in miniaturization, bandwidth, speed, radio reception selectivity, and production costs of monolithic microwave integrated circuits.
