What is it about?
Most of personal suffering surrounds losing love, the fear of love, or the rejection of love. Beyond that, when we become psychologically helpless about these issues it can cause deep despair, depression, and unhappiness. These two causes of most psychological misery--psychological helplessness and failures in love--are explored in depth.
