What is it about?

Results show that engaging in physical activities like running, cycling, walking, lifting weights, or yoga in the morning is beneficial for your workday experience and well-being. When people exercise before work, they approach their work tasks on this day more strongly as a challenge to conquer and they see fewer threatening aspects in their work. This, in turn, leads to more energy during work, more absorption in the work tasks, and less exhaustion at the end of the workday.
