What is it about?

This research is about the compensation plans of firms. Where Managers need to mix the monetary and non monetary rewards. As firm makes expense on providing quality of life or work life balance to its employees; so broadly it is being calculated in the non financial rewards of the overall compensation plans. Perceived organizational support is taken as a main theory based upon which this manuscript provides insight out for the researchers and practitioners in the banking sector of Pakistan. it also highlights the problems of Pakistani banking sector from where researchers can pick up the problems for future research.

This research has been done through personal construction theory. It calculated the perception of employees about the support form the organization for their well being. It covers top ten banking firms in Pakistan. It covers Quality of work life, work life balance, Job performance, Jobs satisfaction and perceived organizational support. It is flooded with limitations and future directions. that could be a problem statement of future research in banking, future research in compensation management, future research in organizational support.
