What is it about?
This case study on YPEIM is to share best practices of an organization that follows Islamic economic principles and theories. YPEIM has taken steps to incorporate Islamic teaching into its management practices through the establishment of Akademi Pengurusan YPEIM (APY). The objective of establishing APY (YPEIM Management Academy) is to develop knowledge in managing Islamic economy, understanding of basic things in economic resources and its management, and to introduce basic skills to apply the philosophy and tawhidic approach to management in organization.

Why is it important?
Most economic theories are based upon the assumptions and Islamic economic theories are no exception to this. Hence it is important to learn for transforming Islamic economy theories into practice.
