What is it about?

The complex background of liver cirrhosis in primary Hepatocellular Carcinoma often brings us some missed diagnosis and confusion. How to detect small lesions in real time and make accurate differential diagnosis in hepatectomy? In this paper, we studied that the combined application of IOUS and CE-IOUS can provide more diagnostic value during operation.

Why is it important?

Compared with preoperative examination, IOUS and CE-IOUS could detect more typical signs of aggressive growth and more plentiful enhancement patterns of small HCCs. This will provide more confidence for the rapid and accurate diagnosis of HCCs during operation.

Perspectives

This is a very interesting thing, and therefore with some excellent groups to establish a long-term cooperative relationship. Multi-disciplinary and Multi-unit collision of different ideas bring us some new discoveries and understandings from time to time, and continue to grow in the process of exploration. That's what I want to bring you.
