What is it about?

Autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD) is an inherited kidney disease which is characterized by vascular dysfunction, in addition to growth of kidney cysts leading to loss of kidney function. Our results support that vascular oxidative stress and inflammation also develop in early-stage ADPKD.
