What is it about?

This research validates the efficacy of chlorophyllin in compellingly preventing cytotoxic and genotoxic effects imposed by a common food additive, alloxan, in the mice model. More than 18 parameters are taken into consideration in the present study, all of which coherently infers the efficacy of our selected phytochemical.

Alloxan is a very common food additive that exerts a vast range of toxic and noxious effects on our bodies. The phytotherapeutic strategy opted in the research work substantiates chlorophyllin as a simple non-toxic yet potent biomolecule with a plethora of ameliorative properties.
