What is it about?

A healthy ocular surface is essential in reducing symptoms and improve quality of life. Ocular surface disease is easily missed after ocular surface surgery. We will be looking at different aspects in ocular surface in patients who had undergone trabeculectomy.

Perspectives

Longer studies are needed to determine the effects of glaucoma surgery on the ocular surface.
