Dengue fever which is viral infection transmitted by mosquito Aedes Aegypti found in tropics and sub tropics, We report a rare case of dengue fever with extended clinical presentation of lupus nephritis. Dengue viraemia may be the triggering factor for this immune complex manifestation.An Active and effective management of case essentially calls for clear perception of differentiating dengue induced lupus flare and or dengue induced De novo lupus disease. The case reported explains the importance of considering dengue related lupus nephritis as expanded feature of dengue.
