There is a marginal incremental effect on the impact of the enterprise; 2) The proportion of enterprise R&D investment has a certain lag in the operating performance of the urban agglomeration innovation ecosystem; 3) The perfection of innovation platforms and intermediary institutions has a promoting effect on the operating performance of the urban agglomeration innovation ecosystem; 4) The degree of government support has a certain lag in the operational performance of the innovation ecosystem of urban agglomerations, but it has a greater impact on the innovation capabilities of enterprises; 5) The degree of infrastructure perfection has a significant impact on the number of patents applied for school-enterprise cooperation and the number of technological achievements.
