What is it about?
Many community behavioral healthcare organizations struggle with high staff turnover, which can negatively impact both the workforce and the quality of care provided to clients. This study used a collaborative approach between researchers and employees to develop eleven key indicators that track job wellbeing, such as fairness, career growth, and supervisor support. The findings show that these indicators can reveal significant differences in wellbeing among various employee groups, helping leaders create tailored strategies to support their staff and improve retention.
