What is it about?

Women has been using modern contraceptives. Hormonal contraceptives are the one which can be injected to the vein, ingested orally or inserted under the skin. We studied blood and related changes that may occur on reproductive women who use hormonal contraceptives. From the study we investigated that women who use combined oral contraceptive pills have higher platelet counts in comparison with other types of contraceptive users (depot medroxyprogesterone acetate and implant). On the other side using implant for a longer period may decrease the Red blood cells production.
