What is it about?

In the current study we showed that high quantity of the SARS-CoV-2 in the nasopharynx swabs from infected patients 7-18 days post symptoms is associated with the deterioration of patients’ medical conditions, leading to hospitalization. At the same time, we showed that at the common dose therapy with hydroxychloroquine has no effect on the coronavirus infection.
