This study shows unfortunately that the majority labored at home and later delivered emergently despite an established plane of elective caesarean section.
Perspectives
At the present time, when the number of women with a history of multiple cesarean sections is increasing, the approach should be promoted to improve the condition of women and their babies, especially in low-resource countries.
