While rising health care costs are multi-factorial there is a common set of conditions which shows unexplained step-like increases every time costs rapidly escalate.
Perspectives
Since publishing this short piece the evidence for a new type of infectious outbreak and the likely involvement of CMV has steadily mounted. In the UK the Department is literally bending over backwards to deny that anything unusual is happening but chooses to blame the NHS.
