What is it about?
Allelopathy is the biosynthesis and discharge of biocompounds by one plant that incommode the growth of other plants. This name comes from the Greek language allelon, understanding mutual, and pathos, understanding to endure, and refers to the negative effect of one organism on another. Why is it important?

Natural plant products or Signaling Chemicals in Plants possess justificatory benefits, such as chemical diversity and miscellaneous ways of action, which can promote to the administration or prevention of resistant pests, shorter half-life compared to synthetic chemicals or herbicides, and biodegradability.

Allelopathy represents the natural or induced property of cultivated plants to secrete certain Signaling Chemicals in Plants called “choline” that create a “rhizospheric chemical environment,” with a phytotoxic inhibitory effect (at high concentrations) on the receptor weeds.
