What is it about?
A new organizational model is emerging in contrast to traditional top-down hierarchies. Self-managing (fractal) organizations operate more like living systems in nature than the artificially structured conventional systems that breed internal competition and resentment. Humans can work together more harmoniously, which not only improves productivity, but also reduces stress and its accompanying disease.

Why is it important?
It is time for humans to change their organizational structures to better reflect the desires and creative needs of an educated population. Top-down hierarchies were created to control people, but no one wants to be told what to do. People want to be guided, mentored, and trained to express their creativity and talents.
