Why is it important?

Suggests supply chain failure in feeding neurons may be distributed throughout the brain. The insufficiencies are particularly problematic when affecting neural "hubs". It may cause a quilt of signs and symptoms shared to different degrees by various personalities, some of them categorized in the DSM.

Perspectives

This is the culmination to date of a theory conceived by V Russell, T Sagvolden and others at the Norwegian Institute for Advanced Study a dozen years ago.
