What is it about?
Land and water are the limiting factors for food production. In this paper, we evaluate the changes in per capita availability of land and water for food production to discuss potentials for national food production. We show that strong inequalities exist between poor and rich countries. These inequalities will increase for 2050. The poor will have 3 times less land and water than the rich countries.
