What is it about?

Small states often seek the protection of stronger states. We show how small states can succeed even in international crisis. During the Covid19 pandemic small states successfully cooperated with new and old partners to facilitate practical solutions and increase status. We discuss which lessons can be learned for small state and middle power success in the future.
