Why is it important?

1100 researchers and practitioners from around the world came together to share current practice and launch the new ACTIVE Technical Package. This package aims to support countries to implement the World Health Organization led Global Action Plan on Physical Activity (2018 -2030). Perspectives

In order to meet the targets set by the Global Action Plan on Physical Activity (2018-2030), we will need scaleable physical activity programs (among many other system, environment and societal level changes). We need to focus more effort on those programs which work, and how these can be done with more people. Our presentations discuss the scale-up of such programs.
