What is it about?

Calorie restriction has been shown to extend lifespan and health span in several species. Here, we look at short-term calorie restriction in mice, to try and determine 1) if short-term calorie restriction is enough to cause changes and 2) if the beneficial effects caused by calorie restriction are due to changes in liver metabolism.
