What is it about?

This study found out if generative artificial intelligence tools could be regarded useful for conducting research on firms’ nonlinear internationalization (foreign market exits and re-entries). The studied 12 tools had relatively limited usefulness: several “invented” fictitious sources and incorrectly cited existing ones. Moreover, they often gave vague or partially incorrect answers.
