What is it about?
The influences of culture on individuals is an important issue for understanding our behavior. We can begin to explore the careers women through the lens of culture. In this study we see that culture influences Emirati women throughout their careers.

The more we see and hear about women and their careers, the more we understand, and that is a contribution towards decision making. Improved organizational decision making about gender equality will increase women in leadership positions
