What is it about?

Bullying is recognised as a form of violence in workplace settings with many detrimental implications for its targets such as emotional exhaustion, poor wellbeing, and post-traumatic stress disorder. Given the harmful impact of bullying in the workplace, it is arguably the responsibility of organisational leadership to prevent the occurrence of the problem and proactively manage it where it occurs. This research develops and tests a model for managing workplace bullying by integrating theories on servant leadership, resilience and proactive personality.
