Why is it important?

This study highlights the importance of doing qualitative interviews to get the true impact on the physician participants. This approach can be taken with any leadership development program.

Perspectives

I would have never anticipated the personal impact this program would have had on the physician participants had we not done the interviews as part of the evaluation strategy. It made the experience more rewarding for me personally and professionally by being able to share in the participants words the impact.
