What is it about?

This paper focuses in the analysis of lean production system as a cause for the degree of use of several human resource management practices and the consequences of implementing such HRM practices. Empirical results suggest that the combination of LP with HRM practices reduces inventory and boosts productivity but does not appear to affect the other performance variables analyzed. In our opinion, this paper is well constructed from an academic point of view (good revision of the literature), it is not to length, clear, and with good Tables.
