What is it about?

A comprehensive model that is aimed to explain how patients decide on choosing an international destination to get international healthcare services is structured in this study. There are macro level factors related to the destination in addition to the micro level factors related to the particular facility that affect how customers / patients / health tourists decide on choosing a location. These factors are questioned among patients and healthcare professionals in a field study in Turkey.
