What is it about?

Network managers work hard to make their business networks develop and consolidate in the market. Unfortunately statistics show a high rate of failure among such organizations. Many experts say that it's easier to create a business network than make it work. Our study compares two business networks that followed different development patterns and offers interesting insights to scholars and practitioners.

Perspectives

Writing this article with my colleagues was a great pleasure because it allowed us to compare cases from two different countries (a developing and a developed one) and jointly discuss the reasons behind the success and the failure of the business networks.
