What is it about?

Our study looks at employee opinions of diversity management and employee performance. Survey data from two organizations in the United Arab Emirates was collected and analyzed by age, gender, and nationality. Employee performance improved when diversity was managed for employees of different ages, females and males working together in a workplace that included employees from different nations.

Our research has vital social implications because organizational leaders can initiate diversity management programs to improve employee performance.
