What is it about?
This article looks at how the “waste” left after making wine and juice, like grape skins and seeds, could actually help treat gut problems. Why is it important?

To me, this article isn’t only about grapes, it’s about seeing waste as opportunity, and how science can transform overlooked resources into tools for improving human health.
