Why is it important?

This paper examines people purportedly best at sharing their work with the public. We found strategies they use as well as gaps remaining that we can use to design better support for all faculty.

Perspectives

Despite calls to share research work with the public, university faculty in particular receive little support to do so. This publication suggests ways we can improve our professional development in this area to promote better public engagement.
