Why is it important?

Internal marketing is not only relevant to employee commitment but has the potential of enhancing factors (e.g. job tenure, promotion, income, and continuing education) that drive hospital performance and agility. This study is important because it is the first to consider the mediation role of these factors in the relationship between internal marketing and commitment

Perspectives

Hospital administrators, through internal marketing, have the opportunity to improve multiple performance indicators, including worker and patient satisfaction.
