Voluntary welfare organizations (VWOs) face many strategic and day-to-day challenges. One of the key challenges is the availability of funds to drive their social cause. This Singapore study looks at some of these issues related to fund raising.

Perspectives
Running a VWO is not a simple task. It requires tremendous financial as well as and non-resources. Having a better understanding of the funding mechanisms of such organizations, is a key step in improving the overall effectiveness in their service delivery.
