Bilingualism as a resource: language attitudes of Vietnamese ethnic minority students

What is it about?

Drawing on Ruiz's (1984) three orientations of language planning, i.e. language-as-problem, language-as-right and language-as-resource, we examine Vietnamese ethnic minority students' attitudes towards their languages and their bilingualism.
