What is it about?
we used the multivariate longitudinal modeling and Generalized Estimating Equation (GEE) methodology with AR(1) correlation structure to have valid statistical inferences. With this model, in addition to the within-subject association, multivariate response association at a specific time point is also considered to assess the effects of endurance training and supplementation of L-Arg on multivariate repeated measurements of BMI, FBS and SIRT6 adjusting for the age of the participants. All analyses have been implemented in R-3.4.1
