What is it about?

Perspectives

It was exciting for us to publish this article because it represented several years of hard work conducting and evaluating an intervention in an organizational setting. We hope this article encourages others to conduct intervention research, whether they are academics pursuing publication or practitioners wanting to know if what they are doing has the impact they want.
