What is it about?
The study looked at what children and teachers thought of a whole class mindfulness programme - Paws.b. Eight and nine year old children in two classes were asked if they enjoyed it, whether they found it helpful and how it could be improved. Teachers were asked similar questions. In general the children and teachers thought it helped attention and well-being. More research would be helpful to find out if this sort of approach would be helpful to other children.
