What is it about?
Job stressors are a part of organizational environment. Pivotal to growth is their effective management. This research demonstrates that not all stressors are detrimental to organizational bottom line. That different levels of stressors in the presence of personal resources can be potentially beneficial to employees' creativity.

Why is it important?
Turbulence across industries requires new ways of handling firms' sustainable development. The findings that stressors can be beneficial and personal resources are necessary for stressors' management possess implication for firms' development regarding human resources management.
Perspectives
The context of this research (airport) is particularly intriguing to me given the current developments in the aviation industry including rapid liberalization and the continual rise in air transport demand. I hope to see this study set the tone for discussions on stressors among airport employees and the development of substantive policies and practices that help improve airport employees' work conditions.
